Question
I have a SYS-7045A-C3B with two SATA ST3250310NS HDDs in Raid 1 configuration. The system is working fine with Windows Server 2003, when I use LSI MegaRaid Windows utility to identify the HDD location it doesn’t response to this command. What could be the issue?

Please make sure the jumper settings on SAS backplane (BPN-SAS-743TQ) is in SGPIO mode.
