we want to connect a 3Ware 9650SE I2C cable to your 815TQ SATA backplane. What jumper settings on the backplane do I need to change to have the enclosure management software work correctly?
First of all make sure to have latest firmware installed of the 3ware RAID card, older version could have problems supporting I2C. Below are the correct jumper settings.

40 close I2C Reset SD out
50 open I2C Reset
42 2-3 Backplane ID SD IN
