We are using X7DCA-3/i and want to use BIOS version 1.0.

We just received a new mainboard shipment and we can no longer flash BIOS version 1.0.

There is a error message saying “Part ID not found in table of supported parts”.

What can be the issue ?

This issue is related to the mainboard revision. The older mainboard revision uses a different BIOS chip size. Mainboard revision 1.01A requires BIOS version 1.0C or later because it uses different BIOS chip
