Question
We have X7DCA-L and loaded Windows 2008 64 bit on it. In the OS we loaded the Super Doctor for monitoring purpose, however, during installation of Super Doctor, we saw an error message something like "Start Service Error_ test", although it does finish install. Is there something wrong?

You have loaded the wrong Super Doctor version. The one you need to load for Win 2008 64 bit which is the same one as for Vista:

not:

https://www.supermicro.com/wdl/utility/Supero_Doctor_III/64-Bit_Edition_x64/Windows/Release/
