We are using two PCI-e cards. One the Quadro FX370 video adapter and the other is a Qlogic FC card QLE2460. Which setting is better for PCI-e I/O performance, "Payload 256B" or "Coalesce?"

In this case, we recommend "Colalesce" due to the FX370 graphic card doesn't support MPS above 256 bytes.
