The onboard HT connector on the H8QM3-2 does not match the standard HT connector spec as per the Hypertransport Consortium. Is there a solution to correct this?

You need to use the riser card part number RSC-RR1U-HT and the connector on the riser card matches the standard HT connector spec as per the Hypertransport Consortium.
