I want to install the X7SLM-L main board in your SC510T-200 chassis. Is there any CPU limitations concerning cooling and what cooling items are required?

you can use processors up to 65 Watt and make sure to use airshroud MCP-310-51003-0B in combination with heatsink SNK-P0016.
