I have a problem that when I try to turn off the system from Windows. The process seems normal, but the power will not shut completely off. The motherboard is C2SEA and OS is Windows XP SP3. What is the issue and solution?

We have seen similar issues that system can't be shutdown from Windows, when restore on AC Power Loss item was set "Power On". This issue has been correct since BIOS 1.0b. Please upgrade the most current BIOS.
