Question |
I’m running a MD56060 Supermicro server, With X8DTL-i motherboard and Intel ICH10R SATA 3.0Gbps controller. I’m trying to install 2 x 500GB SATA (WD5000AAKX) and 4 x 4TB SATA (WD40PURX). The 4TB HDDs are being detected at the raid controller with 1.6TB space only. Please let me know if it’s possible to use drives large then 2TB or if I need to update the system BIOS?
