Question When I install OS on Samsung 961 M.2 SSD with X10SDV-TLN4F, OS can be installed, but after several times reboot system will occur the SM961 drive not detected. Answer This issue occurred by SM961 SSD, it can be fixed by SM961 latest FW .please check your SM961 SSD FW version and upgrade to the latest FW. The latest SM961 FW version are as below - 128Gb & 256 GB: CXZ7500Q ,512Gb & 1024Gb:CXA7500Q . Was this FAQ helpful?
