Question Tried to install Ubuntu-16.04.1 in X11SSL-CF, there was NMI watchdog: BUG soft lockup - CPU#x error during OS boot up Answer The NMI watchdog: BUG soft lockup is related to Ubuntu kernel driver issue for graphic, not bios issue.
