Customer uses SYS-5028D-TN4T and the onboard X557 Intel 10GbE NIC shows offline/disconnected intermittently in virtual machine(ESXi 6.7 U3).  Customer requests a new FW to fix this issue from the link below.

You can try to flash the latest FW from Intel website as below to fix this issue.
