I have a Supermicro AOC-STG-I4S with firmware 4.42 (0x8000191c 0.0.0). The card is working but I would like to know if there is a way to enable ASPM.

Answer
You can try the pcie_aspm kernel parameter to enable ASPM, however, there might be adverse effects of Gen drop, or Width drop.
• Enable ASPM: Set pcie_aspm=force
• Disable ASPM: Set pcie_aspm=off
