We are using SuperWorkstation SYS-531A-I with 2 M.2 NVMe drives, how to enable RAID1 for those drives ?

To enable RAID first you need VROC hardware key # AOC-VROCSTNMOD or AOC-VROCPREMOD, once you plugged in this key into the system, then please go to :
Bios -> Advanced -> Intel (R)  Virtual RAID on CPU. (here can configure your RAID).
