Please check the following settings in BIOS:
(BIOS -> Advanced -> Network Configuration)
1) Set Network Stack to Enabled
2) Set IPv4/IPv6 PXE Support to Enabled
(BIOS -> Advanced -> PCIe/PCI/PnP Configuration)
1) Set PCI Slot with CX7 to EFI under PCI Devices Option Rom Setting
Once completed, you may need to reset and save settings to see the Nvidia Network Adapter to show in BIOS Advanced Section.
(BIOS -> Boot -> UEFI Network Drive BBS Priorities)
1) Set the Nvidia Network Adapter to Boot Option #1
(BIOS -> Boot -> FIXED BOOT ORDER Priorities)
1) Set the Nvidia Network Adapter to Boot Option #1
If UEFI PXE Boot is enabled on the CX7 through the OS already, you may save changes and should be able to PXE Boot.
