Motherboards; Other vendor's motherboard/BIOS have offer a debug code read out function, through F12 functional key, for the pre-boot diagnostics. 
Do Supermicro MBs have this debug-code read out function?

Answer
No, we don't have the F12 functional key for it. However, Super micro BIOS posting does preovide POST code at bottom right corner of the posting screen.
This post code is the debug code as those other vendors'.
