We installed AlmaLinux 8 and created a ZFS pool. Within a few days, all of the disks were marked as faulty in the array with the message "Too many errors". However, smartctl and the storage monitor in the BMC show the disks are all healthy. We are using ZFS 2.1.12-1.el8 10/20/23 10 On rare occasians, when booting into Linux OS, I see the message: exit_boot() failed! efi_main() failed! Then the OS hangs on bootup.  When I reboot the system it can boot into OS fine. 10/16/23
