 6.Fixed Windows7 DTM reported PCI Revision ID register of the 2nd
   IOH not read-only.
   Description:	DTM expected the register to be read-only.
   Validation:	The fix is validated by Kelvin Huang.  Write a value into Bus 80h Device 0h
                Function 0h Reg_08h and the value returned is as what it was (read-only).

 7.Fixed Windows7 DTM reproted onboard SATA device being removable type.
   Description:	DTM expected onboard SATA devices to be solidly installed.
   Validation:	The fix is validated by Kelvin Huang.  Windows no longer lists onboard SATA
                devices when you click on "Safely Remove Hardware" icon in Task Bar.

 8.Fix IPMI NMI can't work.
   Description:	IPMI is able to request NMI service via BIOS.
   Validation:	Please use GSTOOLP.exe and DEBUG32.exe with the following parameters.
                a) GSTOOLP im 20 18 24 00 20 00 00 64 00
                b) GSTOOLP im 20 18 22
                c) DEBUG32.exe
                You should see NMI message in 10 seconds.

9.Turn on DEFAULT_ORDER_FOR_NEW_ADDED_DEVICE feature to make new plug in
 device follow default order.
   Description:	The default boot priority is FDD -> CD-ROM -> HDD -> PXE. If a CD-ROM was not previously
                installed with a HDD existed, new inserted CD-ROM incorrectly stayed beyond HDD.
   Validation:	This BIOS puts new inserted CD-ROM to the right prioritised location.

10.Add oprom odering scan feature.
   Description:	This feature determines which type of option ROM activates prior another.
                Available options are [Onboard First] and [Addon First].
   Validation:	Install one LAN card and enable "Load Onboard LAN 1 Option Rom" BIOS item.
                Select either option of "ROM Scan Ordering" and check ROM activation ordering.

11.Add Westmere-EP CPU micro code.
   Description:	Intel sent new microcode for Westmere-EP A-0 stepping.
   Validation:	X8 BIOS can not boot this part yet.
                Run mcu_sig.exe in DOS or CPU-z in Windows with the CPU installed.

12.Fix H/W monitor issue unknow SMI
   Description:	Aten BMC engineer report BIOS send out a KBC cmd and it
   		interrupt their firmware update
   Validation:	Update BMC firmware with DOS utility to verify this problem

13.Fixed memory speed field of SMBIOS Type 17 not updated dynamically.
   Description:	Memory speed field of SMBIOS Type 17 was always returned 1333MHz
                instead of reporting the real memory speed installed.
   Validation:	Install DDR3-1333 or DDR3-1066 in system and run SMBCFG.exe to
                check memory speed field in SMBIOS Type 17.

14.Fix SMBIOS type 16 report wrong max memory support size
   Description:	Customer report type 16 report wrong max memory support size
   Validation:	This chipset support 96GB per node, pls check it with
                smbcfg.exe

15.Change memory VDIMM high/low limit when LVDD DIMM present
   Description:	It is for upcoming low-voltage DDR3 DIMM at 1.35V.
   Validation:	Install 1.35V DIMM in system and measure Vdimm output to be ~1.35V
                The Vdimm high/low limit in SD3 will be 1.5V/1.2V.

16.Fixed wrong memory size reported since Revision 489.
   Description:	The memory size was incorrectly reported less than the installed one.
   Validation:	Reboot/Reset system couple times and check BIOS reported memory size.
