Why are there two ATX Power connectors on my P3TDE6-G motherboard. Can i use both ATX power connectors at same time with two individual power supplies?

You can use one of the ATX power connectors only. Do not use two separate power supplies in one motherboard. This extra power connector is provided in case there's a redundant power supply with 2 ATX connectors present.
