I have a P4DC6+ motherboard, every time when the system boot-up, it gives error message with "Award preboot Agent Installation Failed", but the system boots-up normal and runs fine. how can I fix the error message?

Answer
First, if you don't have the latest BIOS version, please update it. Second, this error is caused by enabling "Console Redirection" inside BIOS but serial cable is missing. Please reconnect the cable if you intend to use this function or disable it if you don't.
