If i install single CPU in socket 0 in SYS-1027 R-73DARF then can we utilize PCI-E slots which is available thru riser .

Answer
With CPU 00 installed, you can only use PCIE slot 1/2/6. Please refer to block diagram in user manual. Riser card is used in slot 6, so OK to use riser card with only one CPU installed.
