I have X9SRA motherboard with GTX690 install. However, I cannot get VGA output from this motherboard. Any advise?

nVidia does not recommend to use Desktop VGA solution in server boards. You will need to do this for ensuring the display from motherboard.
(1) Downgrade the speed from gen3 to gen2 by configuring BIOS setting PCI-E speed from gen3 to gen2.
(2) Disable rest of slots and only keep the OPROM enabled for VGA.
