Please confirm if MCP-240-00112-0N & MCP-120-00070-0N are required for Xeon Phi for these servers:
1027GR-TRF and 2027GR-TRFH and 2027GR-TRF?

MCP-120-00070-0N is necessary for Xeon Phi in 2U GPU server. 1 bracket can carry two Xeon Phi.

1U GPU doesn't need this part.

MCP-240-00112-0N is not needed since this is provided in all of the current 1U server.
