I have SYS-6027AX-72RF with built in X9DAX-7F motherboard. I have two raid volume configured, one is onboard SATA and the other one is onboard SCU. However Windows 2008 and windows 7 are not able to detect the logical volumes. I have tried different DVDs and but the result is the same.

Please make sure that you are installing the OS using a USB DVD connecting to the onboard USB 2.0 ports and NOT the USB 3.0 ports. The front panel USB ports on the 6027AX-72RF is actually a 3.0 version. You must also use the required raid drivers which you can download from the product download page for the OS to detect the raid volumes.
