I want to use X9SPU-F with a SC-825MTQ-R700UB and RSC-R2UU-2E4R + RSC-R2UU-E8E16 because the customer needs to install 2 or 3 pci-e 1 lane + 1 pci-e 16X. Is this validated?

No, it is not validated because when using RSC-R2UU-2E4R the slot on the mainboard only supports 1x PCIe x4. This is because of the boards architecture.
