I have an H8DG6-F MB. The IP address that was showing in my BIOS was: https://192.168.000.014/ – when I navigated to that URL on my laptop (which was connected to the same network) I wasn't able to get into the admin page, I only got an error page.

As long as you are on the same subnet as the server, you can use the IPMI IP address you obtained from the MB BIOS.

You may try just
http://192.168.0.14 to access the IPMI WebGUI
