We have IPMI connection failure after performing IPMI upgrade to v3.40 or later version.

Answer
The firmware 3.45 will fix the issue. However, you may still need to do the iKVM factory default reset once after the IPMI firmware update. For the firmware before 3.45, the factory default reset shall help to make iKVM connection work.
