I want to use RAID function from Intel C612 on 2028GR-TRT, is it HW RAID or SW RAID?

Answer
It is SW RAID(Intel RSTe) from chipset, and here are the notes before using it:

1. Use more than two hard drives (you will not see Intel RSTe OptionROM if you use one drive only).

2. Use the hard drives with same model name/size to avoid RAID application problem.

3. Set Configure SATA or sSATA as to “RAID” mode If you use:

I-SATA port >> Configure SATA as “RAID”

S-SATA port >> Configure sSATA as “RAID”
