Question
We’re experiencing a strange issue with the JBOD model CSE-847E1C-R1K28JBOD, it is fully populated with the Seagate ST8000NM0075 8TB drives.

The JBOD will power up, then after a few seconds it will immediately power down, removing one or two drives from the front or rear backplanes will allow it to remain powered on.

The power requirement is not enough and will require Input 200 - 240Vac. Please review chart below.

Total Output Power and Input

• 1000W with Input 100 - 140Vac

• 1280W with Input 200 - 240Vac
