I want to use 4 pcs of Quadro M6000 on 5038AD-I, I check the manual and notice that there are 4 pcs of physical x16 PCI-E slot(Slot#1/#2/#4/#6) on this system, is it a workable configuration?

We don't suggest to use this configuration because it is not verified by Supermicro, the compatibility cannot be guaranteed, and you only can use 3 pcs of Quadro M6000 on this system because Quadro M6000 is a double-width card, Slot#1 will be blocked when you use Slot#2 for this card. Suggest to use our GPU server for GPU application, here's the URL for reference.
