Does the Motherboard require UEFI-BIOS to utilize the AOC-SLG3-2M2 card?

If the objective is to have a bootable M.2-NVMe-SSD, then you will need UEFI-BIOS as Legacy BIOS will not support it. Be sure to check the appropriate Motherboard Users Manual( via Supermicro online webpage ) to verify current UEFI-BIOS level needed.
