I am using P3TDDE, there are some fan connectors as follow: chassis fan1, chassis fan2, CPU1 chassis fan, CPU2 chassis fan. Please explain how these fans and overheat work.

Answer
CPU1 chassis fan, CPU2 chassis fan and chassis fan2 are always activated when the system is on. Chassis fan1 is also for overheat fan which is determined by jumper "JP6". If you close JP6, this fan is for chassis fan1, which is also activated in ON state. If you open JP6, the fan is for overheat fan which will be activated only when the system temperature is over the limitation.
