About SuperStorage 1029P-NMR36L, how do SSD slos work? or only works with SSD NF1?

1029P-NMR36L has 36x drive bays: 32x Hot-swap PCI-E NF1 drive bays, and 4x SATA3 M.2 drive bays support M.2  (Form Factor 22x42/60/80/110).
