SYS-6019U-TR25M has H/W error causing crash.

Answer
After checked with Eventlog and Crash Dump file found out IERR error on CPU2, Memory error on CPU2 E1 and CPU1 C1.  Customer has no spare parts to replace, so they RMA to SMCI to fix.
