All SuperMicro chassis (purchased as chassis, not a SuperServer) with a 34-pin front panel connector like SC840, SC842, SC860 and SC50 and SC850P4 include both split and ribbon cables for front control panel in the package. If the ribbon cable doesn't work, you can use split cable.
