Question
When I restart Windows 2000 Advanced Server in my 6012P-8 Super server, it doesn't restart properly, I just get a black screen with blinking cursor. What is wrong with my server?

Answer
You possibly might have changed PCI devices on your server which can cause PCI configuration error. Please go inside the BIOS setup, go to "Advance" --> "PCI/PnP Configuration," enable "Reset Configuration Data," then save and exit BIOS.
