I have your P6SBA motherboard with ATI Rage XL 98(VGA-0019), but when run Windows 98SE full screen MS-DOS prompt system will lock-up.

Please make sure you have ACPI mode in Windows 98SE, for motherboard just Change BIOS menu\ Power Management Setup\ Power Management item to Disable, then with "Setup / p j" command to setup your Windows 98.
