Question
Why is there a difference in CPU temperature between 2 CPUs in a dual motherboard?

Answer
When system first initializes, it only needs 1 active CPU while the other is in idle mode. Therefore the temperature of the active CPU is higher than that of inactive one. Once system starts entering a dual CPU supported operating system, both CPUs will stay active and the temperature difference will be lessened.
