I have an old SC750A chassis just recently upgraded the motherboard. The new I/O shield cannot fit into the chassis I/O shield window because it is little bigger. Can I order the smaller I/O shield?

No, it is because your chassis I/O shield window is not ATX 2.01 compliant, only the new version of the SC750A chassis is ATX 2.01 compliant.
