I hear a clicking sound coming from my power supply when it is in standby mode. During normal operation I don't see any problem.

The clicking sound is from the turning on/off of the PFC circuit for system using very light load (standby status), but the 5V standby voltage is still within regulation. It's not a problem and should be considered normal.
