I have a 5012B-E server, BIOS 1.1, using a P4 2.6GHz with 800 FSB. The system can never boot up from any device. What is wrong with it?

For this server, the motherboard P4SBE can only support up to 2.8GHz with 400 FSB, so putting in a 533 or 800 FSB CPU will not work.
