We have your PDSMi+ motherboard running RHEL AS4. We want to install LAN drivers but there is an error in installing the driver e1000. We have followed the procedure in the driver release notes but problem occurs in step 4 as below. The error is something like “Makefile: 71: *** Linux kernel source not found. Stop. “ What could be the issue?

You probably do not have all required C compiler packages installed on the unit. Be sure to install all packages during OS install, or alternatively you can add development packages to allow installation of the driver.
