Question
In the front panel of my SC745TQ-R800 there are the following "led" monitors from left to right:

- lamp (for power)
- disk
- ethernet1
- ethnernet2
- overheat

and a lamp icon with a warning. This 'led' is not documented in the chassis PDF|manual. Apparently sound it should be blinking when one of the redundant PSU is not working, but it’s always off in such case?

Answer
Yes, this is the power supply failure LED.

In order for this LED to work you need to have the I2c cable coming from the power supply installed onto the mainboard.

Also when you take out one of the power supply modules the LED while not come out, it only comes out when both modules are installed and one of them
fails, you can try this by pulling out one of the power supply cords, with out removing the power supply module.
