Our customer uses two Adaptec 2940 SCSI host adapters on your X7SBA main board. The BIOS cannot recognize the two 2940, but the OS recognizes the two 2940. what could be the issue?

It’s not a problem. Some models of Adaptec cards do not support multi cards. Please check your Adaptec firmware & ROM utility version on Adaptec web site if any concern.
