At present you can flash/update the IPMI firmware using Web interface or DOS based utility.
Using Web interface:
Go to Maintenance->update firmware.
Locate and select the .ima file
Follow the on-screen instructions.
uncheck preserve configuration
click on start upgrade
Using DOS:
Copy the files .ima, yafukcs.exe to a bootable DOS USB stick. (If you don’t have a bootable USB stick you can make it using: http://www.softpedia.com/get/System/Boot-Manager-Disk/BootFlashDOS.shtml).
Boot up the system using the USB stick
At command prompt type --- yafukcs –full .ima
Note: Yafukcs is attached. The firmware file depends on the board you have. Please contact technical support to get the firmware file.
Windows and Linux based utilities to flash IPMI firmware are currently under development and should be available shortly.
