I have updated my X7DVL-E main board to the latest BIOS revision 2.a. There is one option called "CPU Overheat Alarm" in Setup, and it has two options "Early Alarm" and "Default Alarm." What do these terms mean?

This option was formally known as "CPU Temperature Threshold", there are the two different stages with regards to when a CPU overheat alarm is triggered. Each CPU has its own Tcontrol specification, so different CPU's could have different points with regards to when the CPU overheat alarm is triggered

"Tcontrol" --> "The Early Alarm"

"Tcontrol+5" --> "The Default Alarm"
