I am using your X7DCL-3 main board and want to use a SAS tape backup, but the system will not access the tape drive. What can be wrong?

Answer
You can not use the SAS controller in RAID mode with a tape drive. You can contact technical support for the IT firmware and instructions. This will allow access to the tape drive.
