I have a 10 blade enclosure with 4x2000W power supplies. I have set the power supply fan speed set to level1 and the enclosure mode to office. The fan speeds are still high and audible. How can I get the system to make less noise?

The 10 blade enclosure when installed with 4x1400w power supplies is able to run much quiter, as low as 50dB as the 1400w power supply has a lower fan speed setting than the 2000w powersupply.
