Question
We are facing a problem with our Supermicro Server. The problem is that the server will not shutdown correctly and reboots giving a bug check code of 0x0000009c. What could be the issue?

Details of the server:
Motherboard: H8DA8
Processor: AMD 2193MHz Processor
OS: Windows 2003 32-bit Enterprise Edition SP2

This is most likely hardware related so you may try different unit of hardware( memory, HDD...etc ) Suggest you change one at a time to narrow down the issue.
