The most common choice is the ioDrive2, which comes in 365GB, 785GB or 1.2TB versions. They are the MLC versions, and are low profile.

The 6017R-72RFTP will be a suitable 1U server to go with it. The server choice depends on boot drive size, memory requirement, etc.
